RETURN POLICY |

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a
refund, an exchange, or credit of the full product cost.
- RETURN PERIOD
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Orders returned after the 30 day period or without an RMA number
will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
- NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Every effort is made to clearly indicate on the product description
page if an item has special return policies associated with it. As a
general rule of thumb, the following items are not returnable or refundable:
• Open treats, food, perishable or consumable items.
• Open CD's, videotapes and DVD's
- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILTY
We will do everything to make your return as easy and as pleasant as
possible. There are certain customer expectations that will
aid in ensuring a smooth return transaction and help avoid any
restocking fees. These are:
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the
items to us.
• Customer is responsible for obtaining an RMA for returned items.

- DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item is defective, please call us at 937-886-6789 or toll-free at
1-866-532-8853. We will work with you in getting a replacement
for a defective item.

We believe that returning your item(s) should be just as easy as
ordering them. If at any time you need assistance, please call us
toll free at 1-866-532-8853. We'll be happy to help.
- OBTAIN AN RMA
ALL returns require an RMA. Returns that do not have an RMA
will be refused or issued a 15% restock fee.
Obtaining an RMA can be done in one of two ways:
- Email us at service@k9tuff.com. State in your email that you'd like to return an item.
Please include in your email:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your contact phone number (optional)
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Indicate if you would like a refund, exchange or credit.
- A brief reason for returning the item (e.g. dog didn't like it)

RMA EMAIL TEMPLATE
We will issue you an RMA within 1 business day of receiving your
request.
- Call us
toll free at 1-866-532-8853. Our representatives will assist
in issuing an RMA.
- PREPARE AND SHIP YOUR RETURN

Place your items in the original shipping box or your own sturdy shipping box. Be certain all old shipping labels are removed or covered.

Prepare a shipping label. Be sure to include your return
address. Here is our returns address:

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Ship using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a
carrier that provides a tracking number. K9 Tuff is not
responsible for lost or stolen shipments that do not reach our
facility.

That's it! Once we receive your return, we will verify the
contents and issue a refund for the item within 3 business days.
We will notify you by email once the return is complete.
Shipping is not refundable unless the original error was our fault.
